Stoke-on-Trent City Council are reviewing the All Age Carer Support Strategy 2021 – 2025. Part of this process includes asking people living in Stoke-on-Trent about their experiences of caring for a family member or other such individuals that require care so that we can understand what currently works well and what we need to improve and in what ways. A carer is anyone, including children and adults who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support. The care they give is unpaid. This survey is being carried out on an anonymous basis. Please do not include any identifiable personal details in your responses and comments. Please note: Before completing this survey, please ensure you have read our privacy notice for the public survey.
