It is important you understand the conditions before agreeing to them.

we take no responsibility for damage caused to items outside our control
you will receive an engraved temporary cross, on payment in advance
the cross must be removed from display once a permanent memorial is erected
no cross is to be placed on the grass areas. Any such cross will be removed without notice.
payment to be made at the time of application, online or in person, by credit or debit card
no breakable or potentially-dangerous items will be allowed in this area, for safety reasons. Any items which pose an immediate danger will be removed without notice. Owners will be contacted, where possible, to make arrangements for the collection of the item. Any item not collected after one month following notification will be suitably disposed of.
Do not change any memorial items provided by Stoke-on-Trent City Council, including moving, painting or defacing them
tell us of any change of address or contact details
we reserve the right to alter or amend the conditions of participation of any of our memorial schemes without notice. It is our obligation to amend, alter or add to any of the areas to continually meet the demands of all families.
