Stoke-on-Trent Council is developing a strategy for children and young people with SEND across the city.
The strategy will bring together how the city council and its partners are invested in giving every child and young person with a disability or SEND access to the support and services they need.
The strategy will be a clear plan of the priority actions needed in Stoke-on-Trent to ensure that services and opportunities across the city are inclusive of children and young people with SEND.
It is very important that the strategy is developed together with everybody including, children, young people, families and the community, and that experiences and feedback of as many people as possible are heard as part of the development of the strategy.
We want to know what is working well, what could work better and what isn’t working. The best way to help make the right choices about the priorities and decisions to make about what services to offer is to ask the people who work in or use those services
