Examples are: Legal notice to vacate issued by a landlord. Notice from landlords must be provided in a legal format, usually a s21 notice on a form 6a, or s8 notice. Without a notice there is no legal threat of homelessness Discharges from hospital where indication customer cannot return home. Those fleeing Domestic Abuse Those leaving NASS accommodation Those leaving prison with no accommodation upon leaving.
