Resignation of councillor Randy Conteh

A Stoke-on-Trent City council spokesman said: “Councillor Randy Conteh has taken the decision to resign as the Penkhull and Stoke councillor on Stoke-on-Trent City Council with immediate effect."

"This applies to any council positions held including any committee appointments.”
