Paying my rent or viewing my account if you're self-isolating

I am self-isolating or have the Coronavirus, how can I pay my rent?

There are lots of different payment options if you cannot visit us in person

  • Direct debit - This is the easiest and quickest way to pay.  To set up a direct debit call 01782 234234 or go online www.stoke.gov/rent  
    All direct debit payers
    are automatically entered into a quarterly prize draw and you could win high street vouchers worth £200
  • Standing order - To arrange a standing order give your bank the following details; Lloyds Bank account number: 03004166, sort code: 30-93-83 and your account reference number
  • 24-hour Automated Line.Call 01782 234123 to pay using your debit or credit card any time of the day, 7 days a week.
  • It’s convenient, simple and safe to pay your bill using a debit or credit card online at www.stoke.gov.uk/rent

 

I am self-isolating or have the Coronavirus, how can I view my rent account?

You can view rent account, download a rent statement, make a payment to your rent account or set up a Direct Debit by registering for Housing Online.
