There are a number of officers across our services that have been nominated to have specific responsibilities:
Consumer Standards
The senior officer responsible for the council’s overall compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards is the Director of Housing Management, Paul Parkinson.
Complaints
The senior lead officer for housing complaint handling are the Director of Housing and Community Safety and the Director of Housing Management.
