You can report a parking problem to Stoke-on-Trent City Council and we will look to see if we can address the issue you have raised. We enforce where there are lines and signs informing motorists of the parking restrictions.
Please note that we cannot issue a penalty charge notice if:
- There are no parking restrictions (yellow lines, residents parking, etc)
- A vehicle blocking a road or pavement (obstruction)
- In cases like these please contact Staffordshire Police on 101
