A general election has been called for Thursday 4 July 2024. This is your opportunity to choose a local MP as a representative for Stoke-on-Trent, North, South and Central.

Parking permits

Property owner permit

If you own a property in a residential parking area, but do not live in it, you can apply for a property owner permit.  You will need to email:

  • proof you own the property (such as land registry, a letter from your solicitor, landlord insurance documents, electric/gas inspection certificates or council tax letter)

to parking@stoke.gov.uk or post to Parking Services, PO Box 4907, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 9FU.

Please include a telephone number and we will call you to take a payment. These are £38.50 for 12 months.  

When we have processed your application, you will receive an email containing a payment link.  On receipt of payment your permit/s will be posted to you usually within five days.

Please note: all permits must be applied for via email or post.

We are currently receiving a high for parking permits. Your request will be dealt with as soon as possible but please allow 10 working days before contacting us again.
