Visitor permits
We issue visitor permits to people living in properties included in a residential parking scheme, which can be purchased by residents for £38.50 each and are valid for 12 months. They are transferable between cars but can only be used by visitors to the property and cannot be used by residents.
If anyone at the property receives a state pension, they are entitled to one free visitor permit per property (please note, this is per property and not per person)

The form guides you through the process and informs you of what documents you will need to supply to support your application and the total cost if applicable.
You will need to provide:
- two recent proofs of address dated with in the last 3 months, such as a
- Utility Bill
- Bank Statement
- Tenancy Agreement
- Council Tax Bill
- State Pension letter or bank statement showing you are receiving state pension payments if applying for a free state pension visitor permit.
A maximum of two resident permits and two visitor permits can be issued per household.
When we have processed your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
