Frameworks available to other public sector bodies across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire
A new procurement framework was established by Stoke-on-Trent City Council which covers a wide range of professional services for the built environment. We have made (via the OJEU notice) the framework open to all relevant public contracting authorities across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire.
Through the framework (which has 16 Lots) you can commission project/programme managers, architects, surveyors, planning consultants, civil and highway engineers and other disciplines.
By accessing the framework public contracting authorities will benefit from:
- fast and efficient access to the services and supplies required to implement a project, by using pre-agreed terms and conditions but still allowing local requirements to be specified;
- overall minimisation of the cost of extensive procurement exercises and reduction of implementation timescales, enabling resources to be targeted at the project itself rather than the supporting processes;
- the knowledge that many of the providers on the framework are based in the region (unlike many national frameworks, where this is often not the case).
The ProfServices Built Environment UserGuide sets out how you can access the framework. Click here to download the document.
