Have your say
We are looking to develop land off Booth Street in Stoke as part of our ongoing commitment to developing new high-quality homes for residents of the city.
Demolition of the former redundant buildings, including the former squash court, garage and depots, was completed this summer.
Now plans are being drawn up for the redevelopment of the site and residents are being invited to have their say.
The proposals
The current proposals include a residential scheme of around 80 new homes. The homes will be a mix of 57 one and two-bedroom apartments and 20 four-bedroom houses, complete with parking. The scheme will be modern, incorporating renewable technology, and designed to complement the surrounding environment.
