Who has to pay for our service?

If you live in a house rented from the council there is no charge to you for any of the pest control treatments.

People who live in privately-rented or owned homes usually have to pay for our pest treatments. You may be able to ask us for a discount on rat treatment in your home if you claim housing benefit. Ask us when booking your appointment.

We can treat for with pests in business premises and can also give advice on pigeon-proofing and culling. All pest treatments are chargeable and the commercial rates will apply.

Service contracts providing a fixed number of control visits throughout the year are available, as well as single visits.

Visits are by appointment only.
