Support helplines
Barnardo's Ukrainian Support Helpline: This support helpline is available to anyone leaving their homes in the Ukraine. The website is available in English, Russian or Ukranian and the free helpline is staffed with speakers who can also speak these languages.
Free helpline: 0800 148 8586 (Open Monday to Friday 10am - 8pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm).
There is also a dedicated email address which is ukrainiansupport@barnardos.org.uk.

Red Cross Helpline: This website supports people who are from the Ukraine who are currently in the UK. The Red Cross free support helpline also has interpreters who can translate in both Russian and Ukrainian.
