Many of us have been shocked and saddened by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and our thoughts go to the people of Ukraine and their families.
We will be working with the UK government to do whatever we can to help those in need and let Ukrainian families know they are not alone.
How you can help…
People from across the city want to do whatever they can to help and the safest and easiest way is to donate.
The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) is made up of a number of charities who will be able to help refugees with:
- Food
- Water
- Shelter
- Healthcare to refugees and displaced families
