Repairs appointments
Our repairs and maintenance partner Unitas will be operating as usual up until 4pm on Monday 23 December.
It will then be operating an ‘emergency repairs only’ service until 8am on Thursday 2 January.
Emergency Repairs
To report an emergency repair, you can call us 24 hours a day on 01782 234100
Examples of an emergency repair includes:
- Major flooding
- Unsafe electrical or gas fittings
- Carbon Monoxide or Gas leaks
- Structural damage
- A loss of electrical supply
- No heating during the winter months
- You are unable to gain entry or secure your home

Response times for emergency repairs
When you report an emergency repair to us, we'll attend within 24 hours of your call. We're afraid we can't give you a specific appointment time, or let you know when we're on our way to your property.
Please try to avoid calling us again to find out what time we will be attending, as this can put additional pressure on our emergency control centre. We will contact you if there are any questions or issues that you need to be aware of.
Non emergency Repairs
You can report routine repairs that are not an emergency to our team until 4pm on Monday 23 December. The team will return on Thursday 2 January from 9am. It is anticipated that call waiting times may be high, your patience is appreciated.
