Love Where You Live
Since June 2023, we have invested into making Stoke-on-Trent a cleaner, greener and safer city for all who live, work and visit here.
Our first major campaign was IDIOT (Illegal Dumping In Our Towns), where we spent 100 days clearing over 1000 illegal dumping incidents. We want to give residents, businesses and community groups the ownership of where they live, to take pride in the place they call home and help Stoke-on-Trent shine.
Love Where You Live is the next stage in getting that Stokie pride back on our streets. Through residents, businesses and community groups we can reach those places that need a little love.
Throughout our Centenary year, we need your help.
The Centenary Big Clean in the Community
From March onwards, we will be launching our Centenary Big Clean in the Community. Activites include litter picking, to sprucing up alley ways, all activity will help us make a cleaner, greener Stoke-on-Trent for all.
This work all forms part of the 'Sustaining Our Tomorrow' plans, so if you are a business owner who would like to pledge your time or if you're planning your own litter pick, please contact environmental.admin@stoke.gov.uk
Contact your local ward councillor to borrow any litter picking equipment.
You can arrange to have any bagged litter collected by emailing environmental.admin@stoke.gov.uk. Please include the location in your email.
