About the MyStoke account
The MyStoke account can help you to:
- request and track a range of council services
- ability to edit and complete saved forms
- view your local services and facilities
When you try to access other services online, we will ask you if you want to sign in to your account first so that we can send you updates about how we are getting on with your request.
You will need a MyStoke account to access the following services online:
- council tax
- business rates
- benefits
- Housing Online (including housing applications and access to your rent account)
To access some services you will also need to verify who you are and allow your MyStoke account details to be shared with the council’s other systems
