Welcome to the Stoke on Trent City Council MyView service. MyView allows employees and managers to view personal details, payslips, absences such as sickness and enter timesheets, mileage and expenses.

New user

In order to use MyView, you must login using your employee ID number and password. You would have been supplied with a pin to your email address or it would have been sent to your home address. If you have not received your password get in touch.

If this is the first time you are logging into the MyView webpage, you will be asked to set three security questions after you log in. Once these questions have been setup, you will be asked these questions randomly every time you log on to MyView so it is important that you remember the answers given.

Forgotten password: if you have forgotten your password please use the forgotten password link under the login box.
Account Locked/Suspended login: if you have suspended your login please use the forgotten password link to reset your account. If an e-mail doesn't arrive within 15 minutes please get in touch via the contact methods at the bottom of the page.
