Who is this for? | General Public: Anyone interested in learning life-saving skills, whether for personal knowledge or to be prepared in emergencies. Workplace First Aiders: Employees responsible for first aid in the workplace who need to update or enhance their CPR and AED skills. Parents and Caregivers: Individuals caring for children or elderly family members who want to be prepared for potential emergencies. Community Volunteers: Members of community organisations who may be called upon to assist in emergencies. |

What will I learn? | The workshop covers essential life-saving techniques, including how to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, perform chest compressions, and safely use an AED until professional help arrives. |
What do I need to bring? | Learners are requested to wear leggings or trousers for your own comfort and dignity. |
