| Entry requirements | Adults 19+. There are no official entry requirements. However, a sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology, experience in a gym environment, and good English skills with a minimum LEVEL 1 English are essential. An English assessment will need to be completed before starting the qualification. |
| What will I learn? | To be awarded the Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing, learners must successfully complete 6 mandatory units. Experience in a Gym Environment. Supporting Client Health and Well-Being. Conducting Client Consultations and Gym Inductions Planning and Reviewing Gym-Based Exercise Programmes. Instructing and Supervising Gym-Based Exercise Programmes. |
