Social Care
Inclusion means that every child and young person open to our service gets equal opportunities to access our services; to access support within the community and to be able to have opportunities that enable them to enjoy day to day life to the best of their ability. If barriers are identified, we work to help remove then so that children and young people are able to have the same opportunities as young people who do not have a disability.
Social care services are here to support access to the community.
