Test your skills in our exciting fitness challenges. Compete against friends and family for a chance to win prizes, including a free month of gym membership.
We have challenges for all ages and fitness levels:
- Bosu-ball/balance board challenge
- Skipping rope challenge
- Wall ball/sponge ball challenge
- Sit to stand challenge
- Press-up/box press/wall press challenge
- Star jump/half jacks challenge
- Rope pulley challenge
- Table tennis challenge
- Hula hoop challenge
- Tyre flip challenge
- Burpee/half burpee/walk out burpee challenge
- Plank challenge
- Ski erg challenge (calories burnt in 1 minute)
