Gym Bring a Friend: On National Fitness Day - Wednesday 18 September, bring a friend FOR FREE to your gym session or exercise class!

Gym Challenge: Test your strength and win prizes!

  • Kettlebell Hold: Can you hold a kettlebell out in front of you the longest? Winners (male, female, and child) could win 2 Months FREE gym membership! Speak to an instructor for details. (Children under 14 have the chance to win FREE Swim passes)

Gymnastics Challenge: Show off your handstand skills!

  • Child Classes: Whoever holds a handstand the longest wins a free junior swim visit.
  • Adult Class: The longest handstand wins a free gym visit.

New Gymnastics Tasters:

  • Dinky Dots (12 months - 4 years): Free taster session for our new ‘Dinky Dots’ gymnastics sessions focused on building strength, balance, and confidence. Call 01782 236210 or email gymnastics@stoke.gov.uk to book.
  • Adult Gymnastics: Try a free taster session! (8.30 - 10.00pm) Call or email above for details.

Water Activities:

  • Baby Swimming: Free introductory classes for babies 6 months to 2 years. Adult participation required. Limited space, call 01782 233500 to book.

Free Taster Fitness Class:

  • Adult & Child Circuits (6-15 years): Fun and energetic workout for parents and kids! (4.30 - 5.30pm) Limited space, book in advance.

Regular Wednesday Weekly Classes - bring your friend along for FREE.

  • Pilates with Karen (6.45 - 7.45am): Improve flexibility and core strength.
  • Chair-Based Exercise (10 -11am): Gentle exercise perfect for all abilities.
  • Spinning (4.30 - 5.30pm & 5.30 - 6.30pm): High-energy cycling workout.
  • Total Training (6 - 7pm): Full-body strength and conditioning.
  • Barbell Club (7 – 8pm): Build muscle and power with weights.
