Each day of the year is displayed on a single page of the book. Your entry will be displayed on your chosen date.
If you would like to view your entry at any other time, we can arrange to turn the page.Entries are displayed in two separate books:
- from 1 January to 30 June
- from 1 July to 31 December
We add new entries when the book is not on display. The books are updated every six months. All entries are at our discretion.
You can have an entry to remember any date you wish. Each entry (elegantly hand written in a traditional style) can be either:
- two lines
- five lines
- eight lines of text.
Entries should not be more than 32 letters per line, and the first line must be used for the name only.

If your entry is for five or eight lines long a hand painted motif or emblem can be added for an additional charge. Emblems or motif’s cannot be added to two-lines entries.
Eight lines is the maximum entry you can have, but some of these lines can be reserved for a future entry.
