Waiver - “…….it would be perfectly proper to upload an unsealed word version of any legal order to sit alongside the PDF sealed version. The unsealed version would, for all intents and purposes, be exactly the same as the PDF of the sealed order, except that: (a) The actual seal would be replaced with “Council Common Seal affixed” (b) The authorised signatories’ signature would be replaced with printed names. In this way a member of the public could read the order using a screen reader or other assisting equipment
