Course description

The course aim is to work on building self-confidence, learning to deal with any negative emotions which arise, and practice greater self- care.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to set goals, meet challenges and take risks.

Building self-confidence is a process and is not built overnight, but if all strategies are applied together and consistently over time, it will happen.

By the end of the course you will have the ability to use techniques and strategies to deal with issues affecting everyday life, for instance:

  • using positive affirmations
  • using appropriate positive body language
  • reducing negative thoughts
  • getting to know yourself
  • acting positively
  • setting small goals and achieving them

You do not need any prior experience to attend this course.

You will need to have a good standard of English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills.
