Equality impact assessments - The introduction of Universal Credit Full Service

: Universal Credit is being implemented by the Department for Work and Pensions however it will impact directly and indirectly on a number of services delivered by and for Stoke-on-Trent City Council.

Furthermore it will potentially change the way in which over 48,000 residents on low income receive financial support.
