All parents are responsible for making sure their child gets an education suitable for them. Most parents do this by sending their children to school.
Every child has a right to an education and we agree parents should have the right to school their child at home instead of at school.
The reasons for a child being schooled at home can be cultural, philosophical or religious beliefs, and it might be a short-term solution for a particular reason or to be closer to your child.
Whatever the reasons for choosing to home school, we want to work with parents to make these decisions a success.
