Course description

This course guides you through various techniques of drawing and painting, helping you to develop your art skills in a friendly, non-competitive environment. 

You will produce stylised landscape composition with a horizon and water, investigate techniques for drawing and painting trees and buildings and use different media to draw and paint water.

What equipment will I need for this course?

Essentials:

  • sketchbook
  • graded drawing pencils
  • plastic folder (A2 or A3 to carry work in)

Nice to have:

  • watercolour sketchbook or papers (300gsm minimum)
  • acrylic pad/paper/boards
  • watercolour paints
  • acrylic paints
