The SHMA is a key document is assessing the levels of housing need within Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme and in considering demographic and economic trends which will influence the need for housing and the type of housing proposed in the future.
The research has been undertaken by Turley Associates in collaboration with Edge Analytics and was completed in July 2015.
