- Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent core spatial strategy has been prepared jointly by the planning authorities of Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and the City of Stoke-on-Trent Council. This reflects the strong and well founded reputation both authorities have for partnership working. Over many years this has worked to secure significant regeneration funding.
