These attractively-designed family timber plaques allow you to have a message of your choice in a natural-coloured lettering that complements the plaque.
There are some flower vases available for you to leave flowers if you wish.
Four types of plaque are available:
- inscription (message) only
- inscription with engraved motif
- inscription and engraved motif (in colour)
- inscription with ceramic photograph
These plaques can hold up to 11 lines of text and are suitable for up to two or more names.

The location of the plaque must be discussed before ordering.
If you choose not to renew the lease, we will remove the plaque and sensitively dispose of it.
