A comprehensive and detailed evidence base is outlined in the following sections for these centres, with original survey work undertaken at the centres in order to determine the diversity of use and overall provision of services in these locations. WYG has also drawn on the findings
from the previous North Staffordshire Retail and Leisure Study (2005 – 2021) of August 2005 and, where possible, have made comparisons with the previous data to
identify any historic changes in the centres.
