Children and Young People's Strategy

Children and Young People’s Strategy Consultation

Stoke-on-Trent Family Matters

Help shape a better future for children and families in Stoke-on-Trent

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is developing a new Children and Young People’s Strategy to help improve the lives and opportunities of children, young people, and families across our city. Working with our partners across education, health, police and the city’s voluntary and community organisations, we want to ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow up healthy, safe, and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances.

In order to make this strategy truly effective, we want to hear from you. Whether you’re a parent, carer, young person, teacher, healthcare professional, or community member, your views and experiences will be vital in helping us to shape the priorities and actions we take over the next five years.

We invite anyone with an interest in the strategy to share your thoughts on the biggest challenges facing children in our city and the support they need to thrive. Your feedback will help us to design better services, improve opportunities, and ensure that children and families receive the right help at the right time.
