How are decisions made?

In all systems of government The Executive is where most decisions are made. Under the new council system Executive Decisions (including all key decisions) are taken at the Executive and Members Board.

The Executive and Members Board meets in public each fortnight to consider reports and make decisions.  The Chief Executive Officer will make the decisions legally effective shortly afterwards.
