Corporate Compliments Comments and Complaints Procedure

There are three stages to our Complaints Procedure
Stage 1 Complaints will be considered by a nominated officer in the Directorate concerned.
Stage 2 If you are dissatisfied with the response or outcome from Stage 1, please write to the Directoral Complaints Co-ordinator with the reasons why and the outcome you would like. A senior officer will be nominated to investigate your complaint.
Appeal Stage If you remain unhappy you have a right to appeal. This is an investigation undertaken by our Complaint Investigation Officer.
Local Government Ombudsman
You may still complain to the Local Government Ombudsman. Please follow the link at the top left of this page for further information and a link to the Local Government Ombudsman Website.
