Topographical Survey of Workshop for the Blind Stoke on Trent City Council is seeking to procure the services of a suitably qualified consultant to carry out Topographical Survey across one of their sites within the City. We invite you to provide a professional services quotation to carry out a line and level survey and request that your quotation / fee proposal includes the following information as a minimum:- • Details of all features within and immediately adjacent (indicated on the site plan by green, blue and red points) to the area indicated on plan inclusive of Ordnance Survey (OS) digital surrounding background are required. • The survey must show type of ground materials, roads, paths, street furniture, buildings, manhole and inspection chamber covers, services equipment, overhead cables, gulleys, gates, walls, fences, hedges, shrubs, trees (including spread), spot levels on key points, changes of level and features, water courses, contours and heights annotated for major elements including buildings, walls, fences, shrubs and trees. • All Levels and co-ordinates must relate to an O.S. Grid and Datum which must be referred to on the site survey drawing. • This survey is required at 1:100 scale in DWG AutoCad 2010 or later to be sent to us via email. • Your drawing must include a North point, drawing number, date, name of surveyor and job name. • We require the survey to show OS information for all surrounding properties including their heights. • We also require you to provide us with 3D level survey information in .xyz format, this is in addition to the standard DWG survey file.
