Advocacy Engagement Event We are holding an engagement event in relation to advocacy within the City of Stoke on Trent. The main purpose of the event is to consider how advocacy services for adults across Stoke on Trent can be best provided to ensure appropriate service coverage, quality, capacity, reliability and equality of access by all communities. This will aid commissioners to develop an Advocacy Service Specification that best meets the needs of the people of Stoke on Trent. This is an opportunity for providers to input into the development of a Service Specification and offer any suggestions so that we can ascertain how the market would look at delivering the range of services in the most effective and efficient way. This market testing exercise will provide an opportunity to obtain insight from providers who may be interested in providing Advocacy services from the 1st April 2018 onwards. The event will be held on: Date: Wednesday 26 April 2017 Time: 1.30pm until 4.30pm Venue: Berry Hill Village, Arbourfield Drive, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 9RJ.
